Ready for a quote? Request a quote and tell us where the damage sits and roughly how long it is — that is usually enough to know whether it is repairable.
What to include when you contact us
The more clearly you can describe the damage, the faster we can point you to the right answer. The three things that matter most are where the damage sits on the glass, roughly how long or wide it is, and whether your vehicle has a camera mounted behind the windshield — that last detail determines whether ADAS recalibration is needed after any replacement.
A crack or chip that is in your direct line of sight, or that reaches the edge of the glass, typically cannot be repaired regardless of its size. If you describe where it sits on the glass — driver's side, centre, passenger's side, top or bottom — we can usually tell you straight away whether repair is on the table.
What to expect after you get in touch
Once we have enough detail, we match you with a licensed local auto glass company in your state. They contact you directly with a quote that covers the glass, any applicable recalibration, and a timeline. There is no obligation at any stage. If your damage is clearly repairable we will say so up front — a chip that qualifies for repair costs less than replacement and preserves the factory seal on your vehicle.
If you are unsure which state's law applies to your glass deductible, or you want to know whether your insurer is likely to cover recalibration, include that in your message and we will address it when we respond.
